During this past year, a Global Learning Advisory Board was established through a grant by the Longview Foundation, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education and St. Cloud State University. A critical charge of this Board was to develop a Statewide Strategic Plan for Global Learning that is inclusive of all stakeholders who impact PK-12 education: PK-12 and higher education educators, business partners, government and community organizations and community members.
This Statewide Summit will host keynote speakers and breakout sessions for all stakeholders. Participants will learn from national leaders, and be involved in reflective dialogue and review of the draft Strategic Plan so far. Your input is critical to further the work of the advisory board including finalizing and putting in action the Strategic Plan.
