How can educators best use the latest digital tools in their classrooms? How can teachers connect to resources around the world using Google products? Which tools are most effective at engaging learners?

On Wednesday, September 17, join the Minnesota International Center and Google analyst Ben Blink to learn and experience new educational tools and resources that teachers can use to enhance their teaching and engage students. These will include “Connected Classrooms” that enables students to take virtual field trips; the “Google Cultural Institute”, which allows students to discover exhibits and collections from museums and archives around the world; “Constitute,” a digital collection of constitutions from across the globe; “Google Maps for Education” which gives students access to mapping tools; and, “Hangouts” which connects students with classrooms and speakers internationally.
